Since 2010 · Coyhaique, Aysén

A crafts studio rooted in the cultural heritage of Aysén

Handmade products in copper, enamel, wood, wool and other metals.

A studio devoted to cultural heritage through its different products and creative fields. Copper, a ductile and Chilean material, is combined with enamel, wood, wool and other metals to create a variety of unique pieces.

It was founded in 2010 thanks to SERCOTEC seed funding, used to acquire tools and raw materials. It has been supported by the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage. With PROCHILE and CORFO it took part in a textile network that gave rise to the “Bosques Quemados” jewellery line, which incorporates wool, and travelled to New York for training in international markets and design trends.

Today it is part of Espacio Diseño Austral, a regional initiative of seven women in Coyhaique where art and craft come together, offering a visible showcase for visitors to the region.
